Week 4- Wednesday

This morning's weight is 110 Kg =~242.5 Lb which is really great as I managed in three weeks an a half to lose 15% of my planned weight loss.

My planned weight loss is 35.5 Kg =~78.3 lb, which would bring me to 80 Kg=~176.4 lb and a BMI of 27 which will still define me is 'over weight' but I think I'll be able to live with that.

Of course I won't mind losing more weight than the goal I've set but I want to keep this goal as it is far more realistic, it'll still be the thinnest I'd in over 15 years and it'll be a huge improvement to my health and my state of mind.

So, not a bad day today. I already drank my yogurt drink and I'll go and get my salad soon. Haven't eaten a salad in a couple of days so I need to get back into it.

I hope the loss of this half a Kg will give me a morale boost when I get home at night so that I'll get on the treadmill - haven't been on it for over two weeks which is really not good.

Friday, I'll go and buy some summer clothes at an end of season sale. Hopefully it'll be the last time I buy a whole summer wardrobe at a special store.

I tore a shirt yesterday at work and I though 'well, it's supposed to be way too big by fall anyway'. :-)

Long rambling post today, guess I was just in the mood.

Off to get my salad.
